Hello everyone. yesterday we did  athletics at hornby high school.
 We did 6 events my most favourite one is the long jump. There is a long and fast you  speed you get to jump on gold and green and white mat. If you run very fast so you can jump very far and it was very fun it was very exercising.
The long distance was very tiring.
 When you throw the  discus you get a number my number was 8. We got to have another turn.
In the high jump every time the other person gets over the metal pole gets higher.
I liked the sprints because I get a lot of exercise running.
The other event was the shot put. It was hard i did  it good .
